石山村由横江村重构分出，2017年2月经蓬江府函〔2017〕4号文批准设立。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，石山村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单；2026年1月又获评为“百千万工程”第二批典型村。[1]
