江北社区2003年4月成立，管辖黄岐一河两岸中北岸的珠江以北物业小区和单位宿舍，约1.5平方公里，办公点在沙溪大道一号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2022年3月，南海区政府批准以海北大道为界拆分江北社区，大道以西另设浔峰社区，以东仍为江北社区。[2]

人口民族[edit]

居民住户九千四百多、三万多人，其中户籍3049人（1152户）；辖5个住宅小区和4个单位宿舍区。[1]

文化[edit]

2004年10月评为南海区文明社区；2007年佛山市「青年文明号」；2009年广东省「六好」平安和谐社区。[1]
