华夏社区居委会2005年6月成立，所在位置是盐步中部，沿盐步大道展开，北界广佛路，东起穗盐东路，约1.2平方公里。[1]
人口民族[edit]
常住人口约两万，户籍3989人（1207户），流动人口五千多；辖区内商住小区分两类：骏雅豪园、皇朝广场、骏景豪园等20个，另有宝丽苑、芳苑、富华村等14个居民小区。[1]
经济[edit]
辖区聚集商铺一千多间，以及中南轮毂厂、新怡内衣有限公司等企业，还有健力宝、蟾兴公园等娱乐休闲场地。[1]
