凤上是汕头市潮阳区城南街道的社区，在潮阳城区东部，东邻河浦区上头村，辖区约2.8平方公里。它由凤岗乡分出，在凤岗之前，因此得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

先民南宋祥兴年间（1278至1279年）到此建村，古称岗头乡。新中国成立后凤岗乡一分为四，凤上是其中之一。1962年设大队，归城郊公社；1988年改管理区，1999年成立居委会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

2009年社区有1778户，10863人，有耕地1150亩、山地1000亩；经济以建筑业、纸品加工和小商贸为主，近练江出海口，常受台风、海潮影响，新华大道穿村而过。社区有小学一所，2021年12月获2021年广东省卫生村称号。[1][2]
