志成社区在汕头老城区，隶属金平区小公园街道，设立时归同益街道。辖区面积约0.11平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区主要管辖志成花园，因此得名。[1]

此前归升平区中山街道管辖；2002年1月居委会设置调整；2003年汕头行政区划调整后归同益街道。[1]2019年，新福、永祥、海安、同益四个街道并入新设的小公园街道，社区随之改隶。[2]

社区概况[edit]

辖区内有工商联大厦、金平区安监局和民族幼儿园，产业以食品、毛衫、皮具为主，主干道有中山路、民族路、瑞平路和中山一横路。[1]
