德安社区在汕头老城区，隶属金平区小公园街道，设立时归海安街道。辖区面积约0.08平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

德安街经过辖区，社区因街得名。[1]

2002年1月，原德安、德兴、镇邦三个居委会合并为德安居委会，其后在2003年3月的区划调整中划入海安街道。[1]2019年，新福、永祥、海安、同益四个街道并入新设的小公园街道，社区随之改隶。[2]

医药化工是辖区的主要工业，老妈宫粽球是当地有名的潮汕小食，辖区内有镇邦小学，主干道有德兴路和镇邦路。[1]
