海悦社区在汕头老城区，隶属金平区小公园街道，设立时归海安街道。辖区面积约0.07平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

辖区是海悦花园住宅区，社区以此为名。[1]

此前归升平区南海街道管辖；2002年1月，原下涂坪一、二巷和三、四巷的居委会合并为海悦居委会，其后在2003年3月的区划调整中划入海安街道。[1]2019年，新福、永祥、海安、同益四个街道并入新设的小公园街道，社区随之改隶。[2]

辖区内有汕头市国际海员俱乐部，主干道为跃进路。[1]2019年9月，海悦社区入选「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
