利安社区在汕头老城区，隶属金平区小公园街道，设立时归海安街道。辖区面积约0.16平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

利安路贯穿辖区，社区因路得名。[1]

利安居委会20世纪50年代成立；2002年1月，原利安、商业两个居委会合并，其后在2003年3月的区划调整中划入海安街道。[1]2019年，新福、永祥、海安、同益四个街道并入新设的小公园街道，社区随之改隶。[2]

社区概况[edit]

据博雅地名网，辖区内有汕头客运码头、人民广场和市工人文化宫，医药化工是主要工业，另有第九中学、友联中学、商业第二幼儿园和广东硅谷学院等单位，主干道有利安路、跃进路和外马路。[1]
