荣隆社区在汕头老城区，隶属金平区小公园街道，设立时归新福街道。辖区面积约0.06平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

荣隆寓意繁荣昌盛、红火兴旺；辖区内有荣隆街，设“天后”管区时就用了这个名称。[1]

此前归升平区新风街道管辖；2002年1月，原荣隆居委会，以及杉排、永通两个居委会的各一部分合并为荣隆居委会，其后在2003年3月的区划调整中划入金平区新福街道。[1]2019年，新福、永祥、海安、同益四个街道并入新设的小公园街道，社区随之改隶。[2]

社区以物资中转、货运和茶叶销售为主，辖区内有小学一所，主干道有永平路和杉排路。[1]
