杜鹃社区是汕头市金平区广厦街道下辖的社区，位于街道北部，因主要辖区是住宅区杜鹃园而得名。[1]

金园区人民政府在2002年2月5日批准成立杜鹃居委会，社区一直叫这个名字。[1]

地理环境[edit]

四面的界线：北靠乐山路，南以木兰园和杜鹃园相交处为限，东面是东厦北路，西面是金新北路。居委会设在杜鹃园7栋。辖区面积0.49平方千米，分5个居民小组。[1]
