历史沿革[edit]
珠厦居委会于2002年经金园区政府批准设立，名称沿用至今。[1]后来辖区内居委会事务繁重，人员和经费不足，2015年前后又从中分出春峰、东星两个社区。[2][3]
地理环境[edit]
四至是：北为东厦北路，南为汕汾路，东为珠峰路，西为天山北路；居委会设在中信东厦花园一期。辖区面积0.3平方千米，分5个居民小组。东厦北路、天山北路是主要干道。[1]
人口[edit]
