金陵社区是汕头市金平区金砂街道下辖的社区，居委会设在金砂路41号，辖4个居民小组。[1][2]因居委会位于金陵路而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区原属金园区金砂街道。2002年1月调整，金陵居委会原有地域并入金新居委会的一部分，形成现在的金陵社区；2003年3月调整区划，改由金砂街道管辖。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

社区面积0.24平方千米，在金平区人民政府驻地西北约0.7千米。它东邻东厦路，南靠金砂路，西与汕头华侨中学相接，北到新厦路、新美路。博雅地名网载有1678户、5822人；社区内有金新花园住宅区、汕头供电局（南方电网）、广东粤东高级技工学校等，金砂路、金新路和东厦路是主要道路。[1][2]
