北沙社区是珠海市香洲区唐家湾镇下辖的社区，辖区内有上北村、下北村（合称北山村）和外沙村，社区名由此各取一字而成。[1]外沙村的卢慕贞故居和蔡昌故居是珠海市文物保护单位。[2]

沿革[edit]

这里1958年叫北山大队；1981年以后改称北沙乡，1986年以后设北沙村委会，到2001年又改设居委会，一直用到现在。[1]2019年9月，北沙社区被列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]

祠堂与故居[edit]

北沙卢氏孖祠由景福卢公祠和浚菴卢公祠并列组成，在下北村79号，建于清光绪三十年（1904年），2018年2月10日公布为珠海市第七批文物保护单位。[1][2]外沙村193号的卢慕贞故居、91号的蔡昌故居，均建于清末，2011年5月13日公布为第六批市级文物保护单位。[2]此外，北沙蔡氏大宗祠、省愚卢公祠和上北村的乔林邓公祠为县级文物保护单位。[1][2]

据一篇游记式报道，北山村分上北、下北两片，村口有启明门，村里除并列的两座卢公祠外，还有三座规模不一的邓公祠，其中一座三进、占地1058平方米。[3]该文引《神山卢氏族谱》说，卢氏始祖传至四世元辅，迁到北山村居住，其第四子尔发又迁往外沙村；传到耀显时为二十一传，卢慕贞是耀显的长女。[3]
