上冲社区是珠海市香洲区梅华街道下辖的社区，属主城区，面积约0.98平方千米，总人口6万多人，是街道内人口最密集的社区。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网转录的说法，上冲的得名可追溯到明代：村前有一条大河涌流过，起初叫“上涌村”，后来写作“上冲”。[1]

荣誉[edit]

上冲社区也在2019年9月公布的「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单中。[1]
