沙湖社区在深圳市坪山区碧岭街道东部，北临金碧路，南到马峦山脉，西连汤坑社区，东接锦龙大道，面积6.75平方千米。[2]

全社区分十个居民小组：沙湖、新屋、卢屋、谢屋、上榨、吓榨、文新、复兴，以及黄一和黄二。[2] 深圳最早的「整村统筹」土地整备试点就在这里。[4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科记，1958年以前沙湖归惠阳县坪山第六区，其后改属宝安县，1993年划入深圳市龙岗区；1999年脱离汤坑村单独设立，2004年由村改为社区。[1] 名称一说来自河套两侧、土壤多沙的地貌。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

坪山区政府网站载，社区常住人口约2.64万，设11家股份合作公司（含社区级）和6个小区。[2] 百度百科的总人口约3.38万，其中户籍1万余人；博雅地名网转载的早年资料则是约2万人、户籍1528人。[1][3] 数字所属年份不同。

整村统筹[edit]

据社区干部的讲述，黄一、黄二、文新、复兴四组地处偏窄，无法拆建；新屋、卢屋等组区位较好，可分到的旧改指标却不足。为了让十个组都得到发展，社区选择了整村统筹。[5] 2011年项目启动；2015年5月，深圳市政府常务会议通过了试点方案，同年11月签订框架协议，2016年12月又签补充协议。[4][5] 首期留用地的12号地块2020年11月19日开工。[4] 街道办事处的年度总结说，2025年完成了2000余套回迁房的选房。[6]

名胜古迹[edit]

夹圳岭遗址在社区内的坪山儿童公园中。2000年全市第二次文物普查时在这里采集到陶片和石斧、石凿、石锛，它是坪山区已知最早的人类活动遗迹。[7] 儿童公园占地约5.7万平方米，设有遗址公园等分区。[8]
