老村社区是深圳市龙华区观湖街道的社区名称；在龙华区的现行设置中，老村是新源社区下辖的居委会，新源社区于2023年2月成立，总面积1.47平方千米，属“村改居”社区。[1]

新源社区划为创新景田、老村、沙博、腾龙麒麟4个街区。其中老村街区包括老一村、0村、老三村和田心村，是城中村较集中的地方，有房屋638栋，管理服务人口约1.02万。[1]街区有中凯（老一村）、东门头（老三村）、兴田和田心恒业（田心村）4家股份合作公司，股民440人。[1]
