中新社区（博雅地名网作中新街社区）是广东省深圳市南山区沙河街道的社区，辖区约1.2平方千米，以兴隆街、侨城西街和深南大道为界。[1]沙河街道办事处设在这个社区辖区内。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地早年另有锦绣社区，2001年并入中新社区后合称中新街社区。到了2004年10月，街道增设社区，东方社区又从这里分了出去。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

辖区有西组团小区、中旅广场小区两个混合型生活小区，共69栋楼宇，已成立中旅广场业主委员会；有出租屋1387间（套）、各类营业场所187家。[1]驻辖区的单位有威尼斯大酒店、侨城幼教中心、沃尔玛购物中心等。[1]
