金地社区在深圳市福田区沙头街道，辖区约0.45平方千米，沙尾路在东，上沙社区在西，福荣路和滨河路分居南北。居委会设于1992年，2002年改称社区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

地名来自金地集团：辖区内大部分房地产由该集团开发，又有金地花园。[1]1992年调整居委会区划，上沙村、沙尾村各让出一部分，组成金地居委会；2002年“居改社”时改称社区。[1]

人口民族[edit]

社区有4863户，总人口约1.2万，其中常住8803人（户籍3967人），暂住3197人。[1]

经济[edit]

辖区有八个住宅小区、一个金地工业区（厂房49栋）和252家企业，设有福田区体育公园，主要单位包括沙头派出所和金地（集团）股份有限公司。[1]社区在2022年8月获评「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[1]
