近年来，三溪村党总支推行“睦邻制”：推选出16名邻长，人选来自村“两委”、各小组组长、党员与热心村民，每人就近联系周边农户，合计覆盖286户[2]。邻长参与调解田界、宅基地等纠纷，也协助困难户办理医疗理赔，并纳入志愿服务清单走访独居老人和脱贫户[2]。村里还设了邻长专项积分，2025年以来累计投入2.6万余元，发放积分卡1000余人次[2]。据报道，全村109户实现家禽圈养，村民利用闲置土地建起107个“四小园”；村中有车田、庙湾、小石等村民小组，沿河建有绿道，并有一处古树公园[2]。

荣誉方面：2022年8月，该村成为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2024年3月，获「2023年广东省卫生村」称号[1]。
