历史沿革[edit]
仕坑大队设于1958年；1983年改设仕坑乡政府，1987年称仕坑村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村委会的名称，沿用至今[1]。2019年9月，该村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」[1]。

据百度百科，村子离107国道22公里，离京珠高速32公里，离坪石火车站37公里[2]。
经济[edit]
2016至2020年，东莞信托有限公司在此做产业帮扶，使39户贫困户稳定脱贫，并完成了村容整治和农业设施的升级[2]。村里发展的生态种养项目有红心柚子、田螺和禾花鱼等；坳背经济合作社成立于2020年，经营集体资产管理和农业生产服务[2]。
