夹水村是广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县大布镇南部的行政村，离镇区约0.5公里；村名因村庄被河水环绕而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，夹水在建国初期为夹水乡，1958年改称夹水大队，1983年设乡政府，1986年改为村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村委会之名，沿用至今。[1]

人口[edit]

据博雅地名网所载的村情材料，全村共539户，3137人，其中劳动力1786人；耕地3160亩，其中水田2850亩、旱地310亩，山岭6万多亩。村民近年多种反季节蔬菜和荷兰豆。材料未注明统计年份。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，夹水村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2024年3月获评2023年度广东省卫生村；2026年3月认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
