罗坝镇在广东省韶关市始兴县东南部，距县城约18公里，辖1个社区和12个行政村。[1][2]镇名取自境内形如箩筐的小盆地。[1]全镇是革命老区，有全国重点文物保护单位长围村围屋和省级文物保护单位刚健中正围楼。[1][4][5]2011年，该镇获环境保护部授予的「全国环境优美乡镇」称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，北宋熙宁年间（1068—1077年）这一带已有「溯源俚」之称。[1]1950年，境域划归始兴县第四区；1958年设罗坝公社，1983年改为罗坝区，1986年12月建罗坝镇。[1]此后行政区域有两次扩大：刘张家山乡于2001年撤销，都亨乡于2005年撤销，两地先后并入罗坝镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

罗坝镇位于始兴县东南部，东邻澄江镇和车八岭国家级自然保护区，西接深渡水瑶族乡，南面与刘张家山林场、司前镇相接，北与顿岗镇相连。[2]镇域面积，百度百科作316平方千米，博雅地名网作约215平方千米，两处数字不一致。[1][2]据博雅地名网，全镇耕地643.3公顷，山林面积达15667公顷，其中10967公顷划为生态公益林，约占林地的七成。[1]县道X344线和X346线经过境内。[2]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末，镇内户籍人口2.22万人。[2]县政府公布的2021年统计公报分乡镇列出的户籍人口中，罗坝镇仍为2.22万人[9]。博雅地名网另记有村民小组105个，总人口一万五千余人，未注明年份。[1]

经济[edit]

竹木、水电和钨矿是镇上的主要资源，出产的土特产包括香菇、木耳、笋干、柑桔。[1]燎原村以种桑养蚕为主业，2011年被农业部列为「第一批全国一村一品示范村镇」（蚕茧）。[7]淋头村也以蚕桑为主要产业。[6]2019年末，全镇有工业企业27个。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

镇内围屋较多。燎原村长围自然村的长围村围屋建于清咸丰五年（1855年），2013年3月列入第七批全国重点文物保护单位。[4]角田村贺坪自然村的刚健中正围楼建于清光绪五年（1878年），2022年7月公布为第十批广东省文物保护单位。[5]田心村的廖屋围楼有两座围楼，其中清代所建的一座如今只剩四面残墙。[8]

县政府网站在介绍始兴围楼时，称罗坝镇长围为“最长的围楼”，并说它与隘子镇满堂客家大围同为全国重点文物保护单位[10][11]。罗坝镇淋头村被评为全国民主法治示范村[10]。围楼的保护方面，据县政府网站2015年的报道，罗坝镇被认养的廖屋围楼已精心修缮，向游客开放；县里自上一年起每年拨款100万元，每座围楼补助不超过10万元，以奖代补[14]。罗坝镇是始兴廖姓分布的6个乡镇之一[15]。

车八岭与温泉[edit]

车八岭国家级自然保护区横跨始兴与江西全南两县，总面积16110.7公顷，1988年5月批准建立，保护对象是中亚热带常绿阔叶林及华南虎、黄腹角雉、穿山甲等动植物；百度百科把它的地址记在罗坝镇大水村，中国林学会2021年2月将其列为全国林草科普基地（第五批）；国家林草局2023年11月公布首批重要栖息地名录，保护区内的兽类和鸟类栖息地名列其中[12]。县政府网站另称它为“世界生物圈保护区”，面积同样记作16110.7公顷[10][11]。第二届环车八岭生态骑行线路（2021年）经过都亨、罗坝镇、河渡村和周所村[11]。

据一篇旅游游记（未注明年份），罗坝镇田心村中央有一处热水塘，水塘多处泉眼冒出温泉，最热的达80多度；相距约1公里的上营村则有十多家私营温泉浸泡度假村[13]。
