善亨村属始兴县澄江镇，特色产业为猕猴桃，列入广东省「一村一品」专业村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

善亨乡成立于1950年，八年后改为大队，1987年称管理区，1998年起由村民委员会管理，成为现在的善亨村[1]。

姓氏[edit]

据廖氏源流资料，廖氏一支在明宣德年间迁到江西龙南，其第12世廖彦璋再迁始兴，在跃溪善亨堡水横江，即后来善亨管理区的廖屋开基立业；始兴廖姓大多是福建上杭廖氏后裔[2]。

经济[edit]

在省农业农村厅2021年9月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村中，善亨村的品类是猕猴桃[1]。

文化[edit]

2019年9月进入省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单（2018年度）；2023年5月评为「2022年广东省卫生村」；2026年3月又被认定为省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇[1]。
