高沙村位于广州市从化区北部山区，隶属良口镇，辖10个经济社；据博雅地名网载，总人口约1350人。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名来自村委会所在的高沙村。[1]1958年设高沙大队；1983年12月与米埗、塘料合并为米埗乡，1987年1月分出，改设村民委员会。[1]

地理与经济[edit]

全村面积约6.7平方千米，村委会距从化城区约23公里，距105国道相邻。村内有一座符合国际马术比赛要求的马术赛场，曾承办少数民族运动会的马术项目，并为广州亚运会马术比赛做过准备；温泉资源丰富，旅游设施在兴建中。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年11月认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」；2021年12月获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」；2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
