少沙村位于广州市从化区北部山区，隶属良口镇，辖4个经济社；据博雅地名网载，总人口约840人。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名来自村委会所在的少沙村。[1]1958年设小沙大队；1983年12月起，少沙和磻溪、石岭一起并为石岭乡，1987年1月分出，改设少沙村民委员会。[1]

地理与经济[edit]

全村面积约8.7平方千米，村委会距从化城区约42公里，距S354省道约2公里。村里有数座水库，水面共约110亩，库容70万立方米以上，水电站装机容量124千瓦；村委会还招商引资，发展经济林木，引导村民种蔬菜、冬瓜。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年11月认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」；2023年8月获评「2022年度“广州市美丽乡村”」；2021年12月获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」。[1]
