新海村是广州市南沙区黄阁镇东北部的行政村，位于小虎沥北段西侧。[1] 村的围垦成陆和开村都晚于乌洲村，民国时曾称“新乌洲”，后因临近海边改名“新海”。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期归中山县九区、十五区管辖；1959年7月转入番禺县黄阁公社；1970年从乌洲大队分出新海大队；1987年起设村民委员会；2005年10月与黄阁镇同时转入南沙区。[1]

荣誉与设施[edit]

新海村在2001至2006年度和2009年度被评为“人口与计划生育工作先进村”；2024年1月，列入2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）名单。[1] 镇里在村里设有就业驿站。[3]
