前锋社区是广州市南沙区珠江街道辖下的社区，东面以蕉门河西岸为界，南面以四涌河中心线为界，西接横沥镇，北抵下横沥河南岸，土地面积约11.06平方千米。[1] 社区名称寄托居民生活前程万里、在各方面走在前列的愿望。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国初年前后，这一带归东莞明伦堂示范农场管辖；新中国成立后改属珠江华侨农场和珠江管理区。2009年，前锋社区居民委员会在珠江街道下成立。[1]

人口[edit]

据博雅地名网转载的社区介绍，辖区常住户口844户，常住人口3136人，另有外来人员约1100人（统计年份未注明）。[1]

荣誉与建设[edit]

2022年11月，社区被广州市住房和城乡建设局认定为广州市2022年绿色社区；2026年1月，获评「2025年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1] 社区内的一、二涌一带正在改造为“前锋水乡”文旅街区，项目占地676亩，介绍中提到当地疍家、归侨、围垦、知青四方面的文化内涵，2024年4月举行启动区一期开工仪式。[2]
