平安社区是广州市南沙区珠江街道辖下的社区，东面起自蕉门河西岸，南面止于九涌河中心线，西面起自新广八、九路，北面止于七涌半基路及七涌河中心线，土地面积约5.66平方千米。[1] 辖区原是清末围垦平安围形成的陆地，社区因此得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国年间，辖区由东莞明伦堂示范农场管辖；1949年之后，先后划入珠江华侨农场、珠江管理区。2009年，平安社区居民委员会在珠江街道下成立。[1]
人口[edit]
据博雅地名网转载的社区介绍，辖区常住户口273户，常住人口1230人，另有外来人员约550人（统计年份未注明）。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月获「广州市2021年绿色社区」认定；2024年11月获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
