古坝东村，官方文件多写作古坝东村，是广州市番禺区沙湾街道下辖的行政村，位于沙湾西部，地处丘陵山岗，下辖17个村民小组，总人口2000多人。[1]2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

村委会距市区约20公里，只有一条过境公路。村域属丘陵山岗地带。[1]

村里引入多家企业发展工业，农业形成种植花卉、鱼塘、养鸡的格局。[1]

古坝东村2022年10月列入淘宝村名单，2024年6月入选2023年度「广州市美丽乡村」，2024年11月入选「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」名单，2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
