南浦西三村，通称西三村，是广州市番禺区洛浦街道的行政村，位于南浦岛西部，是番禺区版图的最西北角，北邻广州，西隔三山港与佛山市南海区相望，面积1.49平方千米。它是南浦西乡分出的第三个村，故称西三[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，相传此处于清乾隆四十五年（1780）建村，早期因地势低洼称坭塘，又因多条水道交汇、河沙淤积而称沿沙；道光十年（1830），因位于广州以南、众多河流在此入海，得名南浦[1]。1953年南浦分为东、西两个小乡[1]。

西乡随后办了三个农业社，西三大队于1970年成立，1987年改设南浦西三村民委员会，一直沿用[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，西三村被广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予「第一批广东省卫生村」称号，；西三村先后进入2021年、2022年「淘宝村」名单，2024年11月获「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」认定[1]。
