南浦东乡村，通称东乡村，是广州市番禺区洛浦街道的行政村，位于南浦岛中部，面积5.6平方千米。南浦分为东乡和西乡后，因位置偏东而得名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，相传此处于清乾隆四十五年（1780）建村，早期因地势低洼称坭塘，又因多条水道交汇、河沙淤积而称沿沙；道光十年（1830），因位于广州以南、众多河流在此入海，得名南浦[1]。1953年南浦分为东、西两个小乡[1]。

分设后此处位置偏东，起初叫南浦东乡大队，至1987年改设南浦东乡村民委员会，一直使用到现在[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

村内有24个生产队，登记常住户数2278，户籍人口6355人，另有外来暂住者3562人（页面未注明年份）。2009年底，村内工业总产值6.4亿元；辖区有恒达工业园、联发工业区，企业以汽车装饰、化妆品、五金、家具、制衣、印刷等行业为主；集体经营总收入1641万元，出租厂房、商铺和土地所得占1611万元[1]。辖区内的商住小区有丽江花园、广州碧桂园和南浦海滨花园，地铁2号线延长段的出口设在商业较集中的地段[1]。

荣誉[edit]

东乡村上了「2019年广东省卫生村」名录，先后进入2021年、2022年「淘宝村」名单，2024年11月获「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」认定[1]。
