洛浦街道在广东省广州市番禺区的西北部，北隔珠江与海珠区相望，南隔三支香水道与大石街道为邻，东面是广州大学城，西面与佛山市顺德区接壤，总面积25.38平方千米[1]。辖区由沙滘、南浦两个岛屿组成[3]。街道于2005年3月自大石镇析出设立[1]，2020年末常住人口为256442人，数据来自第七次人口普查[1]。

1987年，这一带属大石镇；2005年3月，洛浦街道自大石镇析出设立[1]。据2021年10月底的统计，街道辖18个行政村（社区）[1]；博雅地名网的区划列出9个社区和9个行政村[2]。
地理环境[edit]
街道由沙滘岛和南浦岛组成，周边水道纵横：北面是珠江水道，南面是三支香水道，东面毗邻广州大学城，西面隔水道与顺德相邻[1][3]。沙溪、厦滘、上漖、洛溪等村在沙滘岛上，东乡、西一、西二、西三、桔树等村在南浦岛上[2]。

第七次人口普查登记的2020年末常住人口为256442人[1]。博雅地名网概况页则写常住约5.98万人、流动约4.21万人，没有标明年份[3]。
经济[edit]
2008年，街道区域经济总产值为76.95亿元；地区生产总值32.19亿元，增速6.40%，三次产业分别为0.80亿元、8.47亿元、22.91亿元[3]。当年起推行“腾笼换鸟”，试点项目选了沙溪专业市场的升级改造和五湖四海水产交易中心[3]。到2011年，地区生产总值达50.38亿元，较上年增14.0%[1]。
辖区内有多个大型住宅区：丽江花园自1993年起在南浦岛东部开发，占地约81万平方米[5]；洛溪新城在1999年由当地地产公司开发，占地约150万平方米[6]；广州奥林匹克花园于2000年建成，前一年7月起售[7]；广州碧桂园1999年推出，是碧桂园集团离开顺德后在广州做的头一个项目，占地近800亩[8]。地铁2号线设有南浦站、洛溪站，3号线设有厦滘站[2][5][6]。
文化[edit]
上漖村以手工建造龙舟闻名。上漖龙舟制作技艺的历史可追溯到清道光年间，同治、光绪年间发展起来，共分14道工序，如升底、钉脚旁；2015年6月，它被收入广州市第五批市级非遗名录；2018年5月，又以扩展项目身份进入广东省第七批省级名录[4]。
