历史沿革[edit]

2009年，金沙街道在新落成的保利西子湾和中海金沙馨园两个小区设立新凤社区居委会；自2014年起，社区只管理中海金沙馨园。[1]

地名由来[edit]

社区所在地块原属沙凤村，又是新开发的片区，故名新凤。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年11月，新凤社区入选「广州市2022年绿色社区」；2024年11月获评「广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
