瑞华社区是石牌街道辖下的居民委员会，2000年8月8日成立，位于石牌岗顶的五山桥底。名称中的「瑞」取吉祥之意，「华」指中华，并借用了开发商广州广兴华房地产开发公司名称里的「华」字。总占地约20万平方米，简介列出总人口约6000人，3465户（简介未注明年份）。[1]

社区的东界是五山路265号的瑞华大厦，北与广园路的五山街相接，南到天河北路，西靠龙口东路。6个生活小区为：瑞华大厦、鸿翔大厦、天诚广场、东方之珠花园，以及省农业机械研究所和省机械研究所两个大院。[1]
