南箕社区位于广州市海珠区，由南石头街道管辖，城乡分类为城乡结合区。辖区西、北、东三面地势稍高，中部和南部较低，形似簸箕，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1953年初南石头街道成立时设南箕居委会。1983年，南箕居委会一分为二；2005年社区区域调整，两个居委会又合并为现在的南箕居委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，南箕社区名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
