东平社区是广东省广州市越秀区大塘街道下辖的社区[2]，属主城区，邮政编码510030[1]。辖内有一条老街叫东平大马路，社区因此得名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1986年，这一带由农林街拨入，设第四居委会；同年该居委会一分为二，成为第六、第七居委会；1987年，易名为东平居委会。二〇〇二年，东平、陵园西、东皋三个居委会各取一部分地段重组，名称不变[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，入选「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2018年度名单）；广州市住房和城乡建设局于2021年11月将其列入「广州市绿色社区」（2021年度）；2024年11月，获评「广州市充分就业社区（村）」（2024年度）[1]。
