福今社区是广州市越秀区梅花村街道下辖的社区，居委会设在福今路一带，社区名即由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

该社区的源头是1953年农林街道设立的第九居委会。人民公社化时期的1960年，它改称农林东居民管理区，次年复称居委会。梅花村街道成立后，它在1986年划入，1989年拆出东风东居委会，剩下的部分叫福今居委会。到2002年，福今、福今东、福今中三个居委会合为一个，仍名福今。[1]
