果菜西社区是广州市越秀区人民街道辖下的一个社区，地名来自民国时的果菜西街。[1]

辖区的源头是1951年成立的太平街居委会；1999年曾划归大新街道，2002年与五仙门居委会合并，沿用果菜西之名。[1]

社区内的永安堂在沿江西路149号，是侨领胡文虎在20世纪30年代生产和销售虎标万金油的地方，所在地原为海珠公园。[1]社区获得过「广州市2021年绿色社区」和「2024年广州市充分就业社区」的认定。[1]
