丹桂里社区在广州市越秀区洪桥街道，因居委会办公点设在丹桂里而得名。[1]丹桂里一带的地名，与广东贡院的旧事相联。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是1954年洪桥街设立的两个居委会，1960年随人民公社改属管理区，1961年公社撤销后恢复。2002年两者合并，定名丹桂里社区居委会，沿用至今。[1]

文化[edit]

据报道，小北一带的「丹桂里」「步蟾坊」等地名仍保留着贡院的记忆。[2]2021年11月，社区被确定为广州市绿色社区，2024年11月被认定为广州市充分就业社区。[1]
