历史沿革[edit]
社区的前身是1954年洪桥街设立的3个居委会，1960年随人民公社改属管理区，1961年恢复。[2]2002年重组为三眼井和豆腐寮两个社区居委会，2014年并为一个，仍叫三眼井。[2]
人口民族[edit]
智慧社区项目的材料写道，社区住着约3683户、1.1万常住居民，属开放式的老旧社区。[1]
经济[edit]
2021年3月15日，润高智慧运营（广州）公司以社会资本方的身份，接手了社区智慧化的建设和运营，装有高空抛物摄像头、出入口人脸识别摄像头和消防通道监控。[1]社区的长者饭堂曾被选作全省长者饭堂建设推进会的考察点（2024年报道）。[3]
文化[edit]
社区在2021年被确定为广州市绿色社区，同年稍后的2022年10月成为「全国示范性老年友好型社区」，2024年11月又被认定为广州市高质量就业社区。[2]洪桥街的报道称，街道传承三眼井「汲泉惠民」的故事，发动党组织和党员认领民生微项目。[3]
