逢源街道是广东省广州市荔湾区下辖的街道，处在荔湾区的老城区一带，东起康王路，西至龙津西路，南邻长寿西路，北到中山八路。[1][2]辖区面积0.72平方千米，2020年末常住人口70560人，现辖12个社区。[1]街道因境内的逢源路得名，办事处设在华贵路华贵横街25号。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
1930年，这一带设逢源区；1950年6月，逢源区与黄沙区合并，称荔湾区，是荔湾区名首次出现。[5]逢源区在1955年改称逢源街道，先归西区；到1960年，改属荔湾区。[1][4]文昌街道于1999年并入，合并后仍叫逢源。[4][3]
关于地名由来，一说逢源得自清代十三行兴盛时在此形成的西关大屋住宅区。[3]
地理环境[edit]
街道位于荔湾区中部偏北，四邻分别是龙津街道（东）、华林街道（南）、昌华街道（西），以及北面的彩虹、金花两个街道。[1]气候属亚热带季风气候。[1]面积各处记载略有出入：百度百科记0.72平方千米，维基百科和博雅地名网的概况页记0.78平方千米。[1][2][3]
辖内的宝源路由旧时的宝源大街、逢源大街改成，1932年修成马路后定名；长寿路因1831年新辟的马路从长寿寺旁经过而得名，该路经逢源街道和龙津街道；源胜大街则在清末已有此名。[5]逢源路北接龙津西路，南至多宝路，全长660米，前身是康熙年间的逢源东街，1932年扩建成路。[6]
人口与经济[edit]
2020年末，常住人口70560人。[1]2011年，工业总产值2250万元，比上年下降16%；社会消费品零售总额31.3亿元，比上年增长9.4%。[1]

现有12个社区，其中富力东、富力西、逢源北、马基涌等以小区、街巷或涌渠命名。[1][3]维基百科另列公寿里、梁家祠两个社区，而据博雅地名网，这两个居委会已在2014年分别并入富力西社区和逢源北社区。[2][4]
文化[edit]
街道办事处之外，辖区内还设有政务服务中心（存善北街7号）和家庭综合服务中心（文昌北路何家祠道8号）。[3]2025年1月，逢源街道入选「典树新风·广州文商旅融合特色街镇」名单。[4]
