东角村是福建省宁德市福鼎市嵛山镇下辖的行政村，位于嵛山岛东部，村民以渔业为主，民居依山而建，面朝鸳鸯岛。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来是：村子坐落于嵛山镇东部的角落区域。1960年设东角大队，1987年改为东角村民委员会。[1]

2020年12月，东角村列入「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」，属水产类；东角村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」；2026年1月，被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子位于嵛山岛东部。房屋沿山势而建，正面朝向鸳鸯岛，清晨能看到东海日出。政府网站称它是嵛山镇人口最多的行政村。[2]

村子西至鱼鸟村的芒党自然村约3.1公里，东至灶澳村约4.3公里，南至天湖景区约5公里，距镇中心约8公里。[1]

经济[edit]

渔业是村里的主导产业，海产以虾皮、丁香鱼、红虾为主，村子还向周边养殖业提供饵料。[1]
