地名由来[edit]
村内有田洋，洋中有常年流水的小溪，故名水洋。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
明代，本村属政和里东门十二都，1984年才设立水洋村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子北高南低，东西向窄长，四季多云雾。村内包括鸡公坪、洋垱、水洋、桂来湾等四个自然村。[2][3]
