长湾村位于泮洋乡东北部，距乡政府约3.5公里，海拔约500米，辖长湾、庵里、广田3个自然村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村庄坐落在一道狭长的山湾之中，故名长湾。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村级建制始于1949年，1958年组建长湾大队，1984年由大队改为村民委员会。[2]

现状[edit]

全村121户405人，有党员21名。村内存在困难党员较多、资金不足以创业等问题，农业基础设施薄弱，台风与暴雨造成的损失较大。[1]
