村尾村在古田县西部，五华山西麓，村子临濑溪而建。村东是小吉村，西侧与南平市巨口乡相连，距凤都镇中心约9公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村中始祖约在清代康熙年间自古田县迁入定居。近代村中出过大学教授、工程师和华侨，侨胞还捐资筹建了村尾小学。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中现存清代建筑九座，民国时期碉楼八座，建筑保存较完好，整个村落的布局呈八卦形。[1]

经济[edit]

村内水电资源丰富，已建成白林溪水电站。[1]
