永福镇是福建省龙岩市漳平市下辖的镇，位于漳平市西南部，距市区约28千米，镇人民政府驻福里村[5]。全镇面积535.5平方千米，下辖27个行政村[1]。镇域是福建省最南端的高山盆地，花卉和高山茶是主要产业，镇内设有国家级台湾农民创业园的核心区[4][1]。

历史沿革[edit]

地名取意于《诗经·大雅》中的“永锡祚胤”一语，寓意永远赐福子孙[4]。明清时期此地称永福里。1930年建立永福总区苏维埃政府，属革命时期的基层政权[4]。1942年9月，福里镇更名为永福镇；次年8月撤区并乡时，福东乡被撤销并划入永福镇[1]。1958年设永福公社，1961年分置为永福、赤丰、适元、文星四个公社，1964年四社复并为永福公社[4]。1984年恢复乡镇村建制，改称永福乡；1987年改设永福镇，此后延续至今[1]。

地理环境[edit]

镇域位于漳平市西南部，北与拱桥镇、桂林街道相连，西接龙岩市新罗区，南与南靖县为邻[5]。年均气温20.3℃，海拔均值780米；林业用地67.5万亩，森林覆盖率77.82%，其中国有五一林场经营12万亩[1]。

据2024年的报道，二十多年前这里植被稀疏、水土流失突出，近年经过综合治理，废弃矿区已改作良田[3]。镇内的上林水库在清源村一带，拦蓄下浙溪源头的水。它1980年建成，为中型水库，前身1959年动工，1961年曾停建，1976年续建并扩建[7]。

人口民族[edit]

以汉族为主，常住人口约4万人，户籍人口则约5.4万人[1]。2010年4月公布的镇情介绍载全镇总人口4.7万人[2]。

经济[edit]

花卉是镇里的传统产业。镇政府网站称，永福的盆栽杜鹃花生产在全国规模最大，从事花卉苗木种植的农户约五千户；「永福素心兰」「永福杜鹃花」两项地理标志证明商标经国家核准注册[1]。

茶叶方面，镇政府网站称，永福有高山茶基地48个，是大陆地区台湾软枝乌龙茶的主要产地之一[1]。2008年永福被授予国家级台湾农民创业园，园区是漳平台湾农民创业园的核心区[1]。

文化[edit]

镇政府网站列出的荣誉有「全国重点镇」「全国环境优美镇」「中国最美樱花胜地」「国家级休闲农业与乡村旅游示范点」等；博雅地名网载其2020年12月被认定为福建省卫生乡镇，2025年3月，永福列入福建省首批省级乡村振兴示范乡镇的名单[1][4]。镇内的龙车村是漳平境内最早建立党支部的村，据镇政府网站称，该村也是漳平首次革命暴动的发生地之一[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

封侯村的封侯慈济宫为明代道教庙宇，弘治初年始建，弘治十二年（1499年）竣工，主祀宣封大帝吴夲，保留了始建时期的梁架大木体系；2025年12月31日入选福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位[6]。
