上罗村是福建省龙岩市连城县罗坊乡下辖的行政村，因位于溪流上段而得名。[1] 村境内青岩河自南向北流，村子海拔约350米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋末，罗氏始祖自宁化石壁来此定居，族人以罗姓为主，合称罗坊。村子位于溪流上段，因此取名上罗。[1]

1951年2月，上罗改属连城县，编为第七区上罗乡；此前它属长汀县青岩区罗坊乡的上罗保。1958年它成为罗坊公社上罗大队，1960年5月起归金星公社，次年5月又回到罗坊公社。1984年9月，设为罗坊乡上罗村委会。[1]

荣誉方面，2021年8月，村被确定为「连城县第十四届（2018-2020年度）县级文明村镇（社区）」；2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，村列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2023年1月，村被命名为2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
