蕉坑村是连城县北团镇的一个行政村，东边与四堡一带的黄坑村、上视村相邻，北面与到湖村及四堡双泉村交界。村名原指山坑中长有芭蕉。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是：此处原为山坑，坑中长有芭蕉，故称蕉坑。[1]

宋代此地归北团，明清时属北安里。新中国成立前属北团镇的蕉车一带，1949年初改属北团区石螺乡，1958年划入金星人民公社的蕉车管理区。[1] 1968年为北团人民公社蕉坑大队，1984年设北团乡蕉坑村，1992年改属北团镇，村委会设在蕉坑自然村。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以种植烤烟、地瓜和各类花卉为主，并烘烤地瓜干。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年1月，村获得「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」的称号；2023年1月，又获得「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」的称号。[1]
