永福村位于东留镇南部，东留水库的坝基位于本村，是一个靠近水库的村庄。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

相传廖、赵两姓先后迁来躲避战乱，两姓和睦相处，因而取名永福，寓意永远幸福之地。[1]

1954年曾设富丰区，1964年以前为大队，划归东留管辖；1984年才改称村委会，隶属东留镇。[1]

文化[edit]

永福村于2024年1月获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号，同时被列入「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」名单；2021年1月，又被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
