洋坑村离岩前镇政府所在地约9公里，国道205线贯穿村境，以农业为主。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

洋坑村由几个自然村合并而成，取名洋坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期设两个保。建国初，几个小自然村分属其他村。1952年，这几个小自然村单独设立洋坑乡；公社化后组建洋坑大队，1984年设洋坑村委会，隶属岩前镇。[1]

自然资源与产业[edit]

村内有煤炭资源。主要农产品有甜玉米、大豆、烤烟，另有水稻与马铃薯。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年1月，被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
